Google Partners Connect Events a Big Hit with Dealers

As you may have heard, Showroom Logic and Google have been hosting a series of face-to-face events in cities around the US. Held at Google’s amazing offices, we’re meeting with dealers in a highly-personal setting to show them how the latest automotive digital marketing trends and technology can grow their dealerships.

The Google Partners Connect events, which took place in Los Angeles on May 3rd and Chicago on May 6th, also helped dealers understand what they can expect from a Showroom Logic / Google partnership. The third and final event in this initial series will take place at the Google Chelsea office in New York City on May 26th. There is still time to RSVP if you want to attend.

In Los Angeles, Isabelle Kamga, Strategic Partner Manager, Channel Sales Partnerships at Google, shared the latest automotive digital marketing trends. She explained how critical it is for dealers to pay attention to mobile and video. Because of the increasing role both are playing in the customer buying decision, Isabelle showed why it’s more important than ever to shift budget to paid search, display and YouTube/TrueView to capture more buyers.

From there, Showroom Logic Founder Patrick Bennett presented how data is changing the ways dealers market their vehicles. Having Greater access to market registration data through tools such as Showroom Logic’s ZipDriven platform is making it possible for dealers to focus their digital marketing on zip codes and vehicles that drive the most market share. Patrick then showed how ZipDriven, when used with our AdLogic technology, makes it possible for dealers to reach buyers on Google in the most cost-effective way possible.

In Chicago, attendees enjoyed similar presentations from Jessie Hochhalter, Sales Enablement, Channel Sales Partnerships at Google, and from Teresa Bordenet, VP of Sales, and Matt Weinberg, Sr. VP of Strategic Development, Showroom Logic.
