Data-Driven Digital Conquest: How Actionable Data Helps Dealers Gain Market Share
A wide gap exists between a Dealer’s business goals and their marketing strategy. Often those initiatives are driven by gut, not data. And although valuable data like sales & registration records and other OEM platforms have been widely available for years, dealers have struggled to make them actionable or digestible. For one, the format of this data, either massive spreadsheets or inflexible PDFs, is difficult to navigate and/ or use effectively. Viewing the data within specific markets or over specific periods of times is a major challenge. Secondly, many available platforms limit the data to specific regions, and leave out competitive data and/ or used car data. The industry has been in need of a platform that makes this valuable data seamless and actionable.

Jessie Hochhalter is on the Sales Strategy and Enablement team at Google. In this role she trains, speaks and works on larger sales strategy for Google’s channel sales partners, focusing primarily on auto. Her previous roles range from Digital Ad Operations Manager to Multimedia Advertising Director. She has a BA in Philosophy and BS in Business from UC Berkeley and an MBA from California Lutheran University. She is very passionate about the digital space and pitbull rescue.
