The Best Part Of My Job Is The Viral Campaigns We Do For Car Dealers
About 3 days ago we launched a viral campaign for a car dealer in the Tampa Florida area. Without going too much in detail, the idea of a viral campaign is to get thousands of people to visit your website in a relatively short period of time.
The only way to know if the viral campaign is successful or not is to see if people are clicking. I am a true stats person, and not only do I monitor my dealer’s stats on a daily basis with Google Analytics. I use the industry’s best live stats program called BLVD Status. Don’t get me wrong, I love Google’s stats but they are a few hours behind. The BLVD is live as it happens.
This is a snap shot of a dealer’s live stats that we are currently launching a viral campaign. The idea isn’t simply to get traffic, the idea is to hopefully get backlinks to the article. Every wonder how big companies like Dell and Home Depot dominate the web? The answers is simple, they run frequent viral campaigns.
If you click that image to enlarge it, you will see that we are getting “stumbled” right now. This has been going on for 3 days, 24 hours a day.
Showroom Logic can do the same for you. Be sure to boomark us or subscribe to our RSS Feed. We have another huge tool that we launched 12 hours ago. As soon as testing is done we will blog about it. Feel free to follow us on Twitter for updates as well.
